Just what are they doing in the lower deck of Peter's anyway? It's the battery exchange and recharging station for the trams. Ok, I'm no engineering genius (though I have friends here that are), but why put the large scale electrical station on the often flooding lower level and the water on the upper deck ?!? Hello ?!?
