The information booth in front of the Library has maps, the daily Village paper, and (working) kiosks. Among the many services available on the kiosks is email. It's a great idea, but man, does the interface stink! Apple should have gotten the contract, not IBM (ok, ok, I realize that was another plug for Apple, but unlike Yahoo (who dissed me), Apple featured View from the Village in their site).
