The workers at the carnival in Midtown (across from the Marta Station) say that if business doesn't increase by next weekend, they are pulling up stakes and leaving. We went roving around Midtown Monday night; the verdict: a ghost town. All the merchants (except the 9 1/2 weeks adult store... go figure) all are experiencing crowd levels way below normal.
